What Was Announced On July 4, 2026, the official website for The Student Council Has Holes! posted two connected updates. First, the TV anime is now scheduled for October 2026. Second, the same day brought a character poster and character PV for Ume Mizunoe, who will be voiced by Shogo Sakata. The official character page says Ume Mizunoe is a first-year student, serves as the student council secretary, excels in Japanese language, and likes sushi. The PV matters because it is the first time the production has let fans hear the character’s voice in motion, rather than only seeing the series through teaser art.
